Greenpoint Centenaire Cocktail Recipe

This recipe features Chartreuse Liqueur du 9e Centenaire, which is sweeter than Green Chartreuse and more robust than Yellow Chartreuse.

Originally created at NYC’s legendary Milk & Honey, this cocktail is named after the Greenpoint neighborhood of Brooklyn.

Ingredients

2 oz Rye Whiskey
1⁄2 oz Chartreuse Liqueur du 9e Centenaire
1⁄2 oz Sweet vermouth
1 Dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
1 Dash Orange Bitters

Instructions

Stir all ingredients with ice, strain and serve in a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry and optional orange or lemon twist.
