I enjoyed this amazing fig-infused smoked Negroni cocktail on my birthday at Zarak by Afghan Kitchen restaurant.
1 oz Fig-Infused Hendrick’s Gin
3/4 oz Campari
3/4 oz Odd Society Vermouth
Citrus wheel garnish
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a dried citrus wheel and serve under a smoked-filled glass cloche.
