If you’ve never tried a dry Negroni, this is the recipe for you. The dry vermouth reduces the overall sweetness of the drink and the barrel-aged orange bitters give the drink more character and an extra depth of orange flavor.
1 oz Bulldog Gin
1 oz Noilly Prat Extra Dry Vermouth
1 oz Campari
2 dashes Fee Brothers Gin Barrel-Aged Orange Bitters
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass with 2 ice cubes.
