If you find a traditional Negroni a little sweet, this variation on the classic might be for you.
This recipe uses dry vermouth vs. the traditional sweet vermouth. I like to use Noilly Prat Extra Dry. The dry vermouth gives the cocktail a lighter profile.
1 oz Gin
1 oz Campari
1 oz Dry Vermouth
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into your favorite cocktail glass. Add a few ice cubes to finish.
