This dry and citrus-forward variation on the El Presidente No. 4 produces a more complex and balanced cocktail with the addition of Grand Marnier.
1.5 oz Bacardi Superior Rum
1 oz Grand Marnier
0.5 oz Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth
2 dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of orange.
