Happy Negroni Week!
I enjoyed this drink at the Negroni Bar at Nicli Antica Pizzeria restaurant in Vancouver, BC.
1.5 oz Campari
1.5 oz Sweet Vermouth
1.5 oz Prosecco
Sir the vermouth and Campari with ice and strain into a Champagne flute. Top with Prosecco and stir again. Garnish with an orange or lemon slice.
You can also serve this drink on the rocks.
