I served this cocktail over the August long weekend to a group of friends.
Pour the Aperol into a chilled wine glass. Fill the glass with fresh ice then add the prosecco and club soda. Stir to combine all the ingredients and garnish with an orange slice.
To make a lighter and more refreshing variation of this cocktail, double the amount of prosecco and club soda.
To control the sweetness, use a dried orange slice as garnish.
