This white Negroni cocktail features Ampersand Gin and Imperative Dry Vermouth.
Ampersand Gin is and award-winning, handcrafted BC gin made with organic botanicals and organic BC wheat.
Imperative Dry Vermouth was developed by Ampersand Distilling Co. and Rathjen Cellars. Made from organic ortega and auxerrois grapes from the Saanich Peninsula, the botanicals include wormwood grown on Ampersand’s farm, roasted dandelion root, chamomile, marjoram, and orange peel.
1 oz Ampersand Gin
1 oz Imperative Dry Vermouth
1 oz Luxardo Bitter Bianco
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass with one large ice cube. Garnish with a slice of orange.
