2.5 oz Gin or Vodka
0.5 oz Dry Vermouth
A mandarinquat is a cross between a mandarin and a kumquat. You can eat them whole or peel them like an orange.
Cut one slice of mandarinquat for garnish and muddle the rest with vermouth. Add gin and shake all ingredients with ice. Srain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the slice of mandarinquat.
