The infusion of blue pea gives the gin it’s striking violet-blue color, which is entirely natural and fades over time.
1 oz Six Dogs Blue Gin
1 oz Luxardo Bitter Bianco
1 oz Noilly Prat Extra Dry Vermouth
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass with 2 ice cubes. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary or slice of orange.
