This classic gin martini features Resurrection Spirits limited-run Rosé Gin.
Aged in cabernet sauvignon barrels for six months, the rosé gin features juniper, coriander, angelica, lemon, rose, grapefruit, ginger, cassia, cubeb and organic rye.
350 bottles were produced. Each bottle is hand-scripted with its bottle number.
I was lucky enough to receive bottle number 326 as a gift.

Ingredients
2.5 oz Resurrection Spirits Rosé Gin
0.5 oz Noilly Prat Extra Dry Vermouth
1-2 Bar spoons of cherry syrup
1 Jack Rudy bourbon cocktail cherry for garnish
Instructions
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into your favorite chilled cocktail glass. To finish, garnish with a cherry.
