A refreshing strawberry-infused Negroni that’s easy to make.
This recipe would also be easy to batch and bottle.
1 oz Strawberry-infused Gin
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 oz Campari
Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add a few ice cubes and garnish with fresh mint and a strawberry.
750ml Bottle of Gin
1lb Strawberries, Sliced
1/2 Cup Caster Sugar
Mix strawberries, sugar and gin in a large bowl. Pour into a 1.5-litre jar and store in the fridge for 2-3 weeks. Stir every few days. To serve, strain though a coffee filter or cheese cloth.
