Bitter Pear Champagne Cocktail Recipe

This easy to make Champagne cocktail would be wonderful on Christmas day or New Year’s eve.

If you like the taste of pear and enjoy dry cocktails with bitter flavours, I think you’ll enjoy this recipe.


1/2 oz Giffard Poire William Eau De Vie
1 Bar Spoon Suze liqueur
Chilled Rosé Champagne
3-4 thin slices of ripe Bosc pear


Add the Poire William and Suze liqueur to a chilled coupe and stir to combine. Top with chilled Champagne. To garnish, add 3-4 thin slices of ripe pear.
