This easy-to-make Champagne cocktail syrup recipe includes a 1:3 ratio of Suze and William Pear Liqueur.

Makes enough syrup for 64 drinks.
Pour ingredients into a sterilized bottle with a lid and gently shake to combine. To serve, pour 1/2 oz into a chilled Champagne coupe and top with your favorite sparkling wine. Garnish with a thin slice of pear.
