This unique Caesar cocktail recipe features Legend Distilling Black Moon Gin. The gin is crafted in Naramata, BC, and made with juniper, citrus, indigenous wild sage and flame torched local rosemary.
For anyone not familiar with this cocktail, a Caesar is made with Clamato juice (a combination of tomato and clam juices) and is the Canadian version of the Bloody Mary.
1.5 oz Black Moon Gin
0.5 oz Peri-Peri hot sauce or freshly grated horseradish
4 Dashes Worcestershire
2 Tbsp pickle juice
6 zo Clamato juice
Rim a tall chilled glass with Montreal steak spice and fill the glass with ice. Add the other ingredients and stir. Garnish with a pickle.
Located in southern British Columbia, Naramata is situated in the Okanagan Valley, home to vineyards, fruit orchards, and some of the warmest lakes in Canada.
