This Bijou recipe uses Martini Riserva Speciale Rubino vermouth and is served on the rocks with a lemon peel.
Ingredients
1 oz Gin
1 oz Green Chartreuse
1 oz Martini Riserva Speciale Rubino Vermouth
2 Dashes Orange Bitters
Instructions
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Top with fresh ice and garnish with a twist of lemon.
