1 oz Tequila
1 oz Triple Sec
1 oz Meyer Lemon Juice
1 oz Pineapple Juice
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a salt rimmed glass with ice. Add chunks of frozen pineapple to garnish. If you like spice, add Tajin chili seasoning to your salt.
