This variation on the classic Negroni features Alipús Mezcal San Juan del Rio, a smooth, smokey, well-balanced mezcal.
1.5 oz Alipús Mezcal
0.5 oz. Sweet Vermouth
0.5 oz. Dry Vermouth
0.5 oz. Campari
1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
Stir over ice, and strain into a chilled glass. To finish, add a few ice cubes and garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit.
