With an abundant amount of figs this year, I infused some with bourbon and decided to make a Negroni.
The sweetness of the fig-infused bourbon balanced out the dry bitterness of the Bruto Americano, creating a wonderful Negroni variation.
1 oz Fig-infused Bourbon (see my recipe)
1 oz Bruto Americano
1 oz Dry Vermouth
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Fill glass with crushed ice and garnish with a half a fresh fig.
