This variation on a classic sour cocktail is all about the fig-infused bourbon.
2 oz Fig-Infused Bulleit Bourbon
1 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
1/2 Egg White
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Float 1/2 fresh fig to garnish. To get a rich and thick foam, shake all the ingredients without ice first.
