Stem and cut the figs into quarters. Next, put the figs into a large jar with a tight-fitting lid and fill with bourbon. Let the figs soak for 3-5 days. The longer the figs soak, the stronger the flavor. When ready, strain the bourbon into a clean bottle and enjoy!
