I made this drink with calamondin juice vs. lime juice.
Ingredients
2 oz Pisco
1 oz St Germain elderflower liqueur
1/2 oz Calamondin juice
2 Dashes Angostura bitters
Egg white from 1/2 egg
Instructions
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain and serve in a chilled cocktail glass.
