I enjoyed this sweet, sour and spicy cocktail at Legend Distilling on the Naramata Bench in British Columbia.
2 oz Harvest Moon Gin
0.5 oz Naramaro
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz simple syrup
2 slices pickled jalapeno
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Reserve the second slice of jalapeno for garnish. To serve, fill the glass with fresh ice and garnish with the second slice of pickled jalapeno.
