This classic whisky sour features Auchentoshan Three Whood single malt scotch whisky.
Auchentoshan whisky is triple distilled and matured in American oak. Tasting notes include dark fruits, butterscotch and roasted hazelnuts.
Ingredients
2 oz Auchentoshan Three Wood Whisky
1 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Sugar Syrup
3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
1/2 Egg White
1 Jack Rudy Bourbon Cocktail Cherry
Instructions
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry. To get a rich and thick foam, shake all the ingredients without ice first.
